Great place and great people they have become family to me great place to stay or visit and pet friendly to love it

You know, I never like posting negative reviews. I manage a family owned restaurant myself and it isn't easy and after working in one you get a sense of pride but that doesn't come without a constant burden and a struggle. In this case I have no problem writing a bad review, the room was held together with duct tape, there was mysterious fluid stains on the walls and in the bathroom, the sheets were stained, comforter was torn, electrical outlets were loose in the wall, fridge was unplugged and stank up the whole room, tv was last used during the lunar landings, there was an exposed spike strip on the floor which I stepped on and cut myself (pray for me), the ac unit was literally held in with duct tape and rattling persistently. When I approached the office after less than 10 minutes in the room they only offered me a partial refund.

GREAT place to get away from everything. Very quite and hospitality was very welcoming. Help was very nice and courteous. Will definitely be back

I'm no prima Donna, I've traveled through third world countries and camped in much worse conditions. However, I have never paid $70 dollars to do so. You should be ashamed to let people see those rooms.

Don't stay here. To avoid the exorbitant prices in Canton for Trade Days, we booked two nights here. I knew it was a no frills place since I'd stayed here about 10 years ago. But it was dirty, room a/c window unit which was in a cut out in the wall (with daylight underneath) had to chug for quite a while to cool room down & was quite noisy. Not an extra roll of toilet paper in the room once the existing partial roll was gone. Isn't that breaking a cardinal rule of the hospitality industry? Though the lady in the office was nice, no apologies that a guest had to come ask for TP. After one night here, the next night was at the Holiday Inn Express int Mt. Pleasant, TX which gets 5 stars. However, did find a wonderful restaurant in Will's Point, The Four Winds. Great experience there.

Nice people. Rooms we're very clean. Very quiet and peaceful place to rest.
