This place of business is awful. I called to ask about having a plumber connect a new Tankless hot water heater to the pipes and run the propane line. I had to repeat several times that it was a new unit and YES the house was already plumbed. It had no propane line at all existing, but I had the tank and 50 ft of line up to the house connection to be installed by plumber and then connected by propane company. The lady came back on the phone and said I needed to "call the original plumber who installed the plumbing to do this job ,becouse it puts us under liability to come behind another plumber" !!!! Ridiculous! Bad business! I informed her that the plumber was dead and he said sorry we can't help you. I then asked if they could install the NEW gas lines (no plumber had ever installed gas to this house ever) and she said "no we can't help you"! Unbelievable. I would not recommend this company to even make sense in English much less do a job!
