So my review isn't left in regard to their reality aspect however I will share my experience... They have listed a Bad Boy zero turn lawn mower on Craigslist. I called to speak with them about it and was informed the actual owners was headed out of town so I spoke with the office manager named Sean. We went back and forth with him trying to contact the owner for a negotiated price because I would be coming from 2 hours away and wanted to verify i brought the correct amount of money. We spoke about the condition of the mower and was told that while it was used its was in great shape and everything functioned as it should with the exception one part on the deck. I set up a meeting to come see it the next day since I live 2 hours away. Ended up meeting with a man named Paul and discovering the mower had many problems I wasn't informed of. Heck the left side wouldn't even go in reverse and the tires were plugged but basically trash just to mention a few problems! It is very concerning, aggravating, and just bad business that someone representing a company such as Century 21 would allow me to drive all the way without explaining the known issues. I had to pass and ended up wasting a whole day and gas in travel. This type of business would raise questions to me about what they would hide from me if I were viewing one of their property listings!
